Springs can be seen everywhere in our lives. Stainless steel springs are very practical spring products produced and sold by spring manufacturers. They are used in many industries. Such springs must be cleaned and polished in daily applications.
Today, I will introduce you to the daily cleaning of stainless steel springs:
1. Take an appropriate amount of clean water, mix and dilute the cleaning agent A and clean water in a ratio of 1:1 or 1:2. Put the diluted solution into a plastic container for later use, put the stainless steel spring to be cleaned into the container and soak it. The soaking time should not be too long. Rinse with water to make the surface have a matte effect.
2. Take some coarse abrasive, put it in the cleaning agent, and then put it into the hexagonal drum. The volume ratio of the spring to the coarse abrasive is 1:3, and the amount of the cleaning agent is 1 percent --2 percent of the weight of the spring, so that It is fully ground inside, and then washed with clean water, so that the scratches on the surface of the spring will not exist. This operation can improve the smoothness of the surface of the spring, but it is not suitable for high-precision spring applications.
Note:
Dust and its easy-to-remove scale should be washed with soap, weak detergent or warm water. Labels and films should be scrubbed with warm water and weak detergent. Contamination by fat, oil and lubricating oil should be wiped with a soft cloth or paper and then wiped with a neutral detergent. Detergent or ammonia solution or special detergent to wash.
